Our Roast Duck is lightly smoked with fruitwood and slow-roasted until juicy and tender. Each order includes plum sauce. Extra sauce is $2. Please order at least 3 days ahead. This dish is special order only because of higher duck costs. Pick-up starts at 11 am. Pick-up is available starting at 11 am. Extra plum sauce is $2.

Our specials are my memories of helping in my grandmother's Chinese home kitchen. Of course, that was decades ago, but I remember the food, the spices, and the aromas coming from her kitchen. Now, as a chef, I try to recreate those dishes from memory. Here are some offerings from my childhood.
